This brew is MBBC’s take on a Cerveza. Pilsner malt is the base of this beer, yet it also features English Crystal, chocolate, and peat smoked barley. 100% German hops add balance with a spicy finish. Over five gallons of amber agave syrup went in at the end of the boil. We also fire-roasted, in our own brick oven, two pounds of habanero peppers that went in that whirlpool! After the primary fermentation, we added some fire-roasted chipotle and pablano peppers and cocoa nibs from Flying Rhino. It sound intimidating yet all the flavors of smoke, chili, chocolate and the heat are kept in check with beautiful balance. Enjoy and Cheers!
